Build My Temple ... With No Delay!

Details of the 2013 Jerusalem Day march of the Temple Mount Faithful

The day when the G‑d of Israel appeared to the people of Israel and gave them the greatest victory and spoke to the heart of Gershon Salomon calling him to awaken his people to rebuild the Holy Temple in Jerusalem

Jerusalem Day 2013: the Faithful Movement stood on the Holy Temple Mount beseeching Israel: "Obey this call of G‑d, rebuild the Holy Temple immediately!"

On the 28th of Iyar, 5727 (June 7, 1967), the greatest event happened in the process of the redemption of Israel: When the Arab countries attacked Israel, G‑d appeared to His People Israel and led them to their greatest victory ever in only six days. G‑d, together with His Israeli soldiers, defeated the Arab countries who came to destroy the nation of Israel.

It was the greatest day in more than 4,000 years of history for the people of G‑d since He called Abraham, the father of the Israelite people, and said, "Go to the land that I will show you.... and I will make you a blessing to all the families of the earth." This was the first time that G‑d appeared to a human being, and with Abraham and his seed Israel G‑d made an eternal covenant and told Abraham, "... to you and to your seed after you, I am giving this land forever." G‑d anointed Abraham and his seed Israel to fulfill an eternal mission amongst the nations: "... to be a holy nation, a kingdom of priests and a light to the nations" (Exodus 19:6). During the biblical history of Israel, G‑d appeared again and again to His people during exciting episodes and He led His Chosen People Israel in the unfolding of this greatest mission ever.

Every one in the entire world should know that after almost two thousand years of exile and destruction, G‑d appeared again to His people Israel and opened a new era of endtime redemption in the life of their nation. The rebirth of Israel in the year 1948, the regathering of the people of G‑d from every corner of the world back to the Land of the Covenant — the same Land that G‑d gave to Abraham, the re-establishment of the Kingdom of Israel, and in the year 1967 the liberation of Jerusalem, the Holy Temple Mount, and the most biblical areas in the Holy Land of Israel — Judea (the land of the tribe of Judah), Samaria (the land of the twelve tribes), the Golan Heights (the land of the tribe of Menashe), and the Sinai (where G‑d appeared before His people Israel and gave them the Torah); all of these were exciting fulfillments of endtime biblical prophecies.

The return of the people of Israel to the Holy Temple Mount and biblical Jerusalem, the city of King David, was the climax of this special year of 1967. G‑d appeared to His people Israel and gave them the greatest victory ever. The Arab countries attacked Israel from every side and were sure that this would be their perfect opportunity to destroy Israel at last. But G‑d had completely different plans for His people Israel. As in biblical times He commanded the forces of Israel, a minority against a large majority, and showed the enemies of Israel — and also the entire world — that the covenant He made with Israel and His plans for His people and the Land that He gave to them are eternal. He declared to the entire world that He rebuilt the Kingdom of Israel in order to complete in our lifetime the eternal mission that He gave to His Chosen People.

The exciting biblical and godly episode, when G‑d gave Gideon and his 300 soldiers victory over more than 60,000 Midianite soldiers who came to destroy Israel (Judges 7:1-22), again became a reality in our lifetime. The population of the Arab countries and their allies who attacked Israel in 1967 numbered 300 million and they were all defeated by the Gideonites of our time and their commander, the Almighty G‑d of Israel.

Ammunition Hill, 1967
The main battle of the modern Gideonites on their way to answering the call of G‑d and to liberate the Holy Temple Mount and biblical Jerusalem took place on Ammunition Hill, located in northern Jerusalem. It had the strongest and heaviest bunkers from where the Arabs attacked the Israelis. The Israeli soldiers of G‑d fought an heroic battle and many of them gave their lives, knowing that this would be the main obstacle in liberating the Holy Temple Mount of G‑d and biblical Jerusalem. The Israeli soldiers sensed the presence of the G‑d of Israel, Who commanded them as they fought from bunker to bunker, piece by piece, on their approach to the most holy place in the world: the Holy Temple Mount, where the G‑d of Israel will again dwell in the midst of His people Israel and this time even in the midst of the entire world. Their goal was to make the prophecy of Isaiah and Micah a reality in our lifetime and to answer the eternal call of G‑d to His People: "Build me a temple and I will dwell among you" (Exodus 25:8). G‑d gave the Israeli soldiers a great victory on Ammunition Hill and in other Arab bunkers on their way to the Holy Temple Mount:

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD's house shall be established on the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it. And many people shall go and say, 'Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the G‑d of Jacob; and He will teach us of His ways, and we will walk in His paths;' for from Zion shall go forth Torah, and the Word of the LORD from Jerusalem. And He shall judge among the nations, and shall decide for many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, nor shall they learn war any more.... But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of Hosts has spoken it." (Isaiah 2:2-4, Micah 4:1-4.)

It is not an accident that on the morning of Jerusalem Day, 28th of Iyar 5773 (May 8, 2013), the holy Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement chose to march from Ammunition Hill to the Holy Temple Mount along the same route as the Israeli heroes in 1967. The message of this special march was to beseech and awaken the people of Israel to obey with no delay the call of G‑d to them. We declared that the great sacrifice of the Israeli soldiers that fell during the battle for the Holy Temple Mount in Jerusalem was not in vain. At the end of this march we stood in the front of the location of the Holy of Holies and we called Israel to immediately purify the Holy Temple Mount from its foreign pagan presence and to build the Holy Third Temple for Israel and also for the entire world.

We stood before the G‑d of Israel and cried to the people of Israel: "Obey this call of G‑d and rebuild the Holy Temple immediately!"

We swore and committed ourselves not to rest day or night until our historical campaign is completed and the Holy Third Temple of G‑d is rebuilt to be a House of Prayer for all nations.

For Gershon Salomon, the head of the Faithful Movement, this march was also an answer to the call of G‑d on him. G‑d appeared to Gershon and his military unit on the field of battle in 1958 upon the Golan Heights area and gave to his small unit a great victory against thousands of Syrian Arabs who attacked them. G‑d appeared in this battle and saved Gershon's life after he was critically wounded. Gershon heard the G‑d of Israel speaking to his heart and calling him to accomplish a great mission that had always been the dream of his life since his childhood: to build the Holy Temple of G‑d on the Holy Temple Mount. After remaining one year in the hospital, Gershon was able to walk with two crutches and volunteered to return to his unit in the Israeli Army.

In the Six Day War of 1967, G‑d brought Gershon to the Holy Temple Mount on the same day as its liberation. On this most decorated and godly day in the history of Israel, Gershon stood on the location of the Holy of Holies of the First and Second Temples surrounded by Israeli soldiers who just liberated the Holy Temple Mount after a long and destructive pagan occupation. The dream of almost two thousand years of exile and prayers three times a day during this long duration to bring Israel back to the Holy Temple Mount and to rebuild the Holy Temple became a reality in a matter of just one day. Gershon stood there together with the soldiers with tears of joy in their eyes and excitement in their hearts for this major miracle that G‑d provided for His Beloved People. When General Mota Gur declared to his people: "... the Holy Temple Mount is again in our hands", Gershon felt that G‑d was again speaking to his heart telling him: "Go to My people Israel and tell them to rebuild my house and to immediately fulfill the vision that I gave to the prophets Isaiah and Micah." Gershon and the surrounding soldiers felt like the Gates of Heaven were opened at this profound moment and the G‑d of Israel again appeared before His people and spoke to them as on Mount Sinai.

At this major godly moment we felt that the Shekina of G‑d covered the entire Holy Mountain and spoke to Israel, "Build My Holy Temple and I will dwell among you" (Exodus 25:8). It was a truly spiritual day and we felt like we were in heaven and that the gates of heaven that opened before Jacob were reopened for us. We felt in our excited spirits that Messiah ben David was knocking on the gates of the Holy Temple Mount calling us, "Open the gates, the great day of G‑d is here."

Another exciting event on this day occurred when a person suddenly appeared among us who presented himself as an Arab dressed in Western apparel and he told us that he was a guide on the Holy Temple Mount. He said, "G‑d sent me to tell you that the Arab occupation on the Holy Temple Mount in the Land of Israel is finished forever and G‑d has returned His people Israel to rebuild His Holy Temple with no delay on the same location as the First and Second Temples and to re-establish His Kingdom throughout the Land of Israel". He asked us to follow him because G‑d sent him to show us the location of the Holy Temple and the Holy of Holies and all the sections of the complex of the Jewish Temple so that we could know where to rebuild. He took us again to the Dome of the Rock and told us, "this is the location of the Holy of Holies." He also took us to the Dome of the Chain and told us, "this is the location of your altar." And he took us from place to place on the Holy Temple Mount and suddenly when we did not give him enough attention ... he disappeared. Everyone was sure that he may have been an angel that appeared in human apparel who called us to rebuild the Holy Temple of G‑d without delay.

Twelve hours after these great moments of victory the Defense Minister of Israel, Moshe Dayan, took down the flag of Israel with its star of David from the top of the Dome of the Rock and he called the Arabs to continue their pagan presence on G‑d's Holy Hill. It was a moment of weakness both politically and spiritually. Moshe Dayan was afraid of the reaction of a billion Muslims and perhaps even the entire world if Israel would immediately remove the Islamic shrines from the Holy Temple Mount and begin to rebuild the Holy Temple. He was afraid of human beings and not of the G‑d of Israel. He did not trust the promises of G‑d, that He would always stand with the forces of Israel, especially when we are preparing to rebuild His Holy Temple without delay.

Cornerstones for the Third Temple
Cornerstones for the Third Temple
It was during these sad moments that Gershon decided to answer the call of G‑d. He founded the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement. We swore not to rest day or night until the Holy Temple Mount is purified and the Holy Third Temple is rebuilt during the lifetime of our generation. The exciting march from Ammunition Hill to the Holy Temple Mount fulfilled an important stage in the major progress that the Faithful Movement has made since 1967 toward her campaign to rebuild the Holy Temple of G‑d. We know that the time is short and the Holy Temple is soon to be rebuilt. The Faithful Movement continues to bring this idea into the midst of the public sphere inside Israel and also into the midst of the entire world. The Faithful Movement has already prepared two corner stones, presently located near the Holy Temple Mount, and other articles including a scientific architectural model that will guide the builders of the Holy Third Temple. Furthermore, the Faithful Movement is presently devoting all its efforts to prepare additional stones for the soon rebuilding of the Holy Temple and with these practical achievements people everywhere should realize that we are on the road to constructing G‑d's Holy House atop His Holy Mountain.

This great Jerusalem Day march to the Holy Temple Mount was also done in the name of all our friends and members throughout the world. We never forget that they stand with us during every moment of this campaign and their loyal help, both spiritual and practical, gives us the ability to push forward this great historical campaign to rebuild the House of G‑d in Jerusalem. Their open hearts and generosity will never be forgotten in the history of Israel. On the Holy Temple Mount we prayed for these precious supporters and for their families. The day is coming when we shall stand together on the Holy Temple Mount and the rebuilt Holy Temple. We shall stand hand-in-hand and thank the G‑d of Israel for giving us the privilege to be part of this great campaign and to be counted among the builders of the Holy Third Temple in Jerusalem.
