Details of the 2012 Temple Mount Faithful Tisha B'Av March

A special event in Jerusalem: The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement marched to the Holy Temple Mount in Jerusalem on Tisha B'Av 5772, July 29, 2012, calling for the Israeli government to immediately stop the desecration of the foundation stone by the Muslims, to purify the Holy Temple Mount, and to build the end-time Third Holy Temple without delay!

On Tisha B'Av 5772, Sunday, July 29th, 2012, the day commemorating the destruction of the first and second Holy Temples in Jerusalem (586 bce and 70 ce), the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement marched to the Holy Temple Mount. It was not a regular march but a very special event done during a very critical and prophetic time in the history of Israel, when everyday in the history of Israel there is another exciting fulfillment of end-time prophesy and when every prophetic event is connected to the Holy Temple Mount in Jerusalem.

On this special march we carried in our hearts both mourning for the destruction of both Holy Temples and a call to immediately purify the Holy Temple Mount and to start the building of the Holy Third Temple without delay.

At the same time we demonstrated calling on the Israeli government to immediately stop the desecration of the foundation stone, which is the location of the Holy of Holies of the First and Second temples and the soon-to-be-built Third Temple. The Holy Foundation Stone is the most holy place in the entire world and it has been desecrated by the Muslims when they attached pillars to the surface of the Holy Foundation Stone and poured dirty construction debris on top of the Holy Stone. We still do not know how severe the damage is to the Holy Foundation Stone. The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement made a petition to the Israeli Supreme Court to immediately stop the desecration, to immediately close the entrance to the Dome of the Rock, and to ask the chief rabbis of Israel to purify this most holy place and to repair the damage. We also asked for the arrest of the Muslims who did this terrible desecration and that they be brought into the court of law. Everyone in Israel was shocked and suffered the pain of this horrendous abomination. The march of the Faithful Movement on Tisha B'Av was, therefore, also a demonstration that expressed the wounded feelings of the Nation of Israel regarding these terrible anti-godly actions perpetrated by the Muslims. This campaign continued after Tisha B'Av and will not stop until this most Holy Place is purified, the Muslim criminals are removed from the Holy Hill of the G‑d of Israel, and building on the Third Holy Temple is started without delay.

According to the biblical message, the Holy Foundation Stone is the foundation of the entire universe. On the Holy Foundation Stone, located on Mount Moriah Abraham and Isaac were sent by the G‑d of Israel to be tested in perfect obedience to G‑d. The Holy Foundation Stone was located in the midst of the Holy of Holies in the First and Second Holy Temples and will be so in the Third Holy Temple. The Holy of Holies of the First and Second Holy Temples was built around the Holy Foundation Stone and it will be so in the soon-to-be-built Third Holy Temple. On the Holy Foundation Stone was located the Holy Ark of the Covenant. In the Holy of Holies dwells the Shekina of the Almighty G‑d of Israel. Nobody was allowed to enter there. Only the High Priest was permitted to enter the Holy of Holies once a year on the holy day of Yom Kippur for a short time in order to pray for the peace of Israel and all of mankind. As we said before, the Holy Foundation Stone will be located in the midst of the Holy of Holies of the soon-to-be-built Third Holy Temple.

On Tisha B'Av the two Holy Temples were destroyed, first by the Babylonians and then by the Romans. According to biblical prophesy, the Holy Third Temple will be built on Tisha B'Av and this day of heavy mourning and fasting will become a holy festival with great rejoicing:

"Thus says the L‑RD of hosts ... the fast of the fifth ... shall become a time of joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts to the house of Judah..." (Zechariah 8:19)

For almost 2,000 years the Jewish people have never forgotten the destruction of the Holy Temple of the G‑d of Israel. It was the greatest trauma in the history of Israel. After the Holy Temples were destroyed by the enemies, priests and other Jews sat together around the Holy Mountain weeping and mourning and fasting to death. The House of their Creator and Beloved G‑d was destroyed and they felt as though they could not live without it. This mourning has continued since the destruction until today where people sit on the floor and lament. In every Jewish home there is a portion of the eastern wall left unfinished and unpolished in order to remember day-by-day the destroyed Holy Temple and the hope of the soon rebuilding of the Holy Third Temple. At Jewish weddings the young couple crush a wine glass under their shoes so not to forget the sadness of the destruction of the Holy Temple and Jerusalem.

The Temple Mount Faithful Movement marched to the Holy Temple Mount on Tisha B'Av both to remind the people of Israel of the terrible destruction of both Holy Temples and to call them to learn the lesson of the destruction and to immediately build the Third Holy Temple without delay as G‑d expects us to do, and to open a new godly and moral era upon the earth that will change the face of all of mankind in a time when it is so needed.

On the huge stones that were thrown down from the ancient Holy Second Temple by the Romans in the year 70 ce, which still survive today and look like they fell yesterday one upon the other in a large pile near the southwestern corner of the Holy Temple Mount, we sat mourning and reciting the Book of Lamentations of the prophet Jeremiah. It was so symbolic and the message was: The Babylonians and the Romans who destroyed the Holy Temples disappeared from the stage of world history under the judgment of the G‑d of Israel and at the same time, exactly as G‑d promised through his prophets, Israel is again a nation, the Land of Israel is redeemed, united Jerusalem is again the eternal capital of the G‑d and People of Israel, and the Holy Third Temple is soon to be built. On these holy stones we swore faithfulness to the Holy Temple Mount and Jerusalem like our forefathers did before they were taken into exile more than 2,500 years ago:

"If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy." (Psalm 137:5-6)

The redemption of the People and the Land of Israel and Jerusalem, after more than 2,500 years, is the most exciting appearance of the G‑d of Israel in the universe in the lives of His People Israel and in the lives of all humanity. It is a message and a call to the entire world to know that at this critical time the godly prophetic event of the rebirth of Israel is irreversible and that the G‑d of Israel is in control and His Eyes and attention are upon His People Israel day and night to protect them and all the Land that He gave to Israel in an eternal covenant and that Jerusalem and the Holy Temple Mount will never again be taken away from Israel. No one in the world can stop the decision and determination of G‑d to rebuild His Holy Temple now without delay and to make Israel again "a holy nation, a kingdom of priests and a light to the nations" (Exodus 19:6). This is a message of G‑d, especially to the enemies of Israel and their allies who are now calling to remove Israel from the map of the world. This is a call of G‑d to them that they should fear His coming judgement, just as that which happened to the enemies of His People Israel during biblical times.

This important event of the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement was conducted at a very special and critical time in the history of Israel and the entire world that never has occurred before. Everyone in Israel feels the special significance of this present time. Everyone feels in the air, on the mountains of Jerusalem and all over the Land the prophetic significance of this time period in Israel and that the completion of this great prophetic and crucial time is at hand. The prophetic message that we marched with on Tisha B'Av to the Holy Temple Mount in Jerusalem was the call of the G‑d of Israel that the end-time Holy Third Temple of the Almighty G‑d of Israel and the universe should soon be built without delay and that the Kingdom of G‑d that was established in the year 1948 should be soon completed by the rebuilding of the Holy Temple of G‑d in Jerusalem to affect the entire world and open a prophetic and godly era throughout the world that the prophets of Israel prophesied:

"Thus says the L‑RD G‑d; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, into which they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land...And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also follow my laws, and observe my commandments, and do them. And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, in which your fathers have dwelt; and they shall swell there, they, and their children, and their children's children for ever: and my servant David shall be their prince for ever. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them, which I will give them; and I will multiply them, and will set my temple in the midst of them for evermore. And my tabernacle shall be with them: and I will be their G‑d, and they shall be my people. Then the nations shall know that I the L‑RD do sanctify Israel, when my temple shall be in the midst of them for evermore." (Ezekiel 37:21,24-28)
